As a member of the Support organization, you will be responsible for providing post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers. You will handle non-technical customer inquiries and technical troubleshooting for Oracle’s Electronic Support Services. Your role includes facilitating customer relationships, resolving technical issues related to installation, maintenance, and product usage, and providing recommendations for repairs or workarounds. You will collaborate with internal teams and act as an advocate for customer needs.
